Roles And Responsibilities - Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately
- Verify patient information and update records in the clinic management system
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient registration and check-in process efficiently
- Collect and process payments, and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Follow clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Working Days: 8 hours of 6 days work week (Rotational)
Work Location: Noida (Should be comfortable with 2 more clinics in Delhi)
Shift Timings: 8 hours between 7 AM and 9 PM (should be flexible with all three shifts i.e. 7AM-1PM, 10PM-6PM & 1PM-9PM
