Job description
Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce
company products or services.
∙Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the
company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
∙Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive
manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
∙Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and data
collection.
∙Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall
sales goals of the company.
∙CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
∙Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
∙Objection Handling: Handle objections and concerns from potential customers professionally
and offer appropriate solutions.
∙Documentation: Maintain proper records of sales activities, including call logs, sales reports,
and customer correspondence.
∙Compliance: Adhere to all relevant sales and telemarketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
∙Feedback: Provide feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments on
customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Any Graduation.
∙English, Hindi, languages is mandatory. Marathi / Gujarati is added advantage.
∙Proven experience of minimum of 2 years to 6 years in telesales or a similar role.
∙Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
∙Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
∙Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
