Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying quality issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality control

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure product and process compliance with established standards
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in quality data
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Monitor and maintain quality documentation and records
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and suggest corrective actions
  • Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control
  • Calibration, Repair, and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment.
  • Performs all kinds of site inspections, follow-up of activities, and approval.
  • Suggest Corrective and preventive actions on non-conformities.
  • Witnesses material testing.
  • Evaluate Subcontractors /Service Providers based on their performance and daily activities
