Qualifications- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Salary- 80K to 1Lac. per month
Commitment Period- 2 Years
Job Location- B3/ 187, Block B3, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110058
Working days- 6 days a week, with the flexibility to take (any) one day off per week.
Working Timings- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexbile Slot)
Role & Responsibilities -
- Store Operations Oversight: Conduct regular visits to all 10 bakery shops to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations. ○ Monitor and assess the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality service.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: ○ Collaborate with store managers to enhance the overall customer experience. ○ Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, feedback, and loyalty.
- Quality Control: ○ Ensure the consistent quality of bakery products, adherence to recipes, and compliance with food safety standards. ○ Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management. ○ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ○ Implement measures to maintain and elevate product quality.
- Staff Training and Development: ○ Work with store managers to identify training needs and facilitate ongoing staff development programs. ○ Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with the bakery's values.
- Financial Performance: ○ Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and analyze the financial performance of each store. ○ Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
- Inventory Management: ○ Oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels. ○ Implement best practices for inventory tracking and management.
- Market Trends and Competition Analysis: ○ Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the food and hospitality sector. ○ Propose and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. ○ Provide input for marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in the Restaurant (or hospitality) industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Openness to travel regularly to visit all 10 bakery shops (Delhi)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
