Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head at Drona Foundation in Junagadh. The Center Head will oversee the center's day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure the quality of the programs and services offered to students, and maintain relationships with industry partners. The Center Head will also develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention rates and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Experience in overseeing educational programs or managing within an educational institution
• Experience in vocational education or skill-based programs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of government regulations relating to vocational education
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Master's degree or higher in education or a relevant field is preferred

Experience in student recruitment and enrollment will be an added advantage.

Timing - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
