Role Description

Role Overview:

Drive sales and marketing efforts to promote our digital health solutions in the diagnostics space. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including social media posts, email campaigns, and more. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. Demonstrated track record of driving results and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools. Ability to work remotely and manage projects effectively in a virtual environment.

Compensation

The compensation for this role will be linked to performance/success-based fees, providing an opportunity for lucrative rewards based on results. This includes bonuses tied to achieving sales targets, customer acquisition milestones, or other key performance indicators. In addition to success-based fees, the candidate will receive competitive compensation for their time and expertise.
