For more information you can visit Job Purpose The incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process of decals, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in plant management, process optimization, and team leadership. Role & Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the decal manufacturing plant. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of manufacturing professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall company objectives. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Optimize production capacity and resource utilization. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product quality standards. Investigate and resolve any product defects or deviations from specifications. Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure budget adherence. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality. Implement initiatives to improve overall cost efficiency. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the plant's long-term strategic goals. Collaborate with senior management to align manufacturing objectives with overall company strategy. Identify opportunities for expansion and improvement in plant operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory concerns. Minimum required qualification Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Work Experience 10-15 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in decal manufacturing In-depth knowledge of decal manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry best practices. Proven track record of successful team leadership and strategic planning. Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Strong understanding of quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization Desired/Preferred Skills With a strong track record of professionalism and support for our clients, Sannam S4 has built its business on dedicated individuals who bring value and experience to the business and its clients.
