Overview:
The Telesales position is a crucial role within our organization as it directly contributes to our companys sales targets and revenue generation. As a telesales representative you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate build rapport and close sales over the phone will be instrumental in driving the companys success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Explain product or service features to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations over the phone
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase
- Manage and update customer databases with sales outcome
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Handle customer objections and offer solutions

Required Qualifications:
