Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Aakaar Pre-School and Activity Centre located in Surat. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, communicating with parents and other teachers, and preparing materials and resources for activities.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
- Early Childhood Education degree or certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Kindergarten or preschool-aged children
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members
- Fluent in local language and English proficiency is a plus
