Job description

Purpose :

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Officer for our esteemed financial services client based in Australia. The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with team members to ensure strict adherence to established processes, l ead operational policy development, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Enhance efficiency through meticulous record-keeping and seamless communication.

 

Duties & Responsibilities :

 

· Conduct CRM audits for data accuracy.

· Maintain current operational procedure documentation.

· Assist Sales Team in agent onboarding and document verification.

· Manage existing agents and foster stakeholder relationships.

· Coordinate with vendors for service integration.

· Evaluate and address vendor performance.

· Prepare reports on documentation and metrics.

· Provide data leverage for Sales and Marketing.

· Resolve escalated issues and streamline processes.

· Monitor day-to-day operations for compliance.

· Manage systems for tracking operational metrics.

· Conduct regular audits for process adherence.

Requirements:

 

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

· Proven 1–3 years in operations management.

· Excellent writing and communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
