Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Accountant (Male Only) to join our team at ALLEGIENT UNIFIED TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is a Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is New Delhi, Delhi, India. This is a Full-Time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as an Accountant
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience in tax preparation and filing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary changes in the accounting systems
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external auditing
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security
