The Barista will be responsible for daily coffee preparation, customer service, and using interpersonal skills to communicate with customers effectively. Qualifications Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage mixing Experience in food preparation and presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient customer service Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Certifications in food handling and safety is a plus High School diploma or equivalentJob tags
