About Company:
EzeRx is a Biotech and Med-Tech startup with a mission to make healthcare an affordable, accessible, and necessary solution for everyone around the globe irrespective of their socio- economic status. It is founded in the year 2018 and since then it has primarily acted on its mission to promote preventive health care and early diagnosis.
Location: Kolkata ( Only Kolkata and surouding people apply who can come down to office for physical interview)

Roles & responsibilities:
-Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
-Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
-Make travel and accommodation arrangements
-Take minutes during meetings
-Organize and maintain the office filing system
-Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant legislation.
-Prepare and file statutory documents with government authorities.
-Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documents.
-Identify and assess potential legal and compliance risks.
-Provide legal guidance to the board and management on risk-related matters.
Requirements & skills:
-Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role for 3-4 Yrs
- Any management Degree
-Excellent MS Office knowledge
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
