Role Description

The Business Head will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing our business operations in Mumbai. The Business Head will also be responsible for identifying emerging trends, developing strategies, and implementing plans to meet the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business growth
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create, implement, and manage business plans and budgets
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and practices
• Experience in the Digital, Advertising & Media sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
