Mission
Be able to work in a multicultural environment. Must have 5 to 7 years of experience
in a large scale and complex environments with multiples sites. The position also works to influence
project/team leaders regarding solution implementation, process and/or approaches to continuously improve
and modernize the Solution platforms and system Infrastructure.
Responsibilities - Handle Enterprise level support (incidents, requests) with end-users according to SLA.
- Ensure technical documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Help in maintenance and improvement of IT Infra. services
Requirements / Profile
- Experience with the Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Application Support, and virtualization.
- Oversee, support on-premises and cloud infrastructure for Microsoft Windows servers, AVD, VDI
- and VMware vSphere.
- Ensure management of the Windows environment including Windows 2016, 2019, 2022, AVD
- platforms (Azure) in an on-premises and Azure cloud environment.
- Perform routine patching and maintenance of Windows server environments (Azure Update
- Management).
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Must understand the underlying operational and architectural components of Azure footprint,
- including technical knowledge of Windows, Networking, Security, Automation, and other operation
- components, including cloud-native components and solutions.
- Theoretical and practical expertise with Microsoft's Well Architected Framework and Cloud
- Adoption Framework in Azure environments.
- Demonstrated hand-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments with DevOps
- processes/methodologies (not mandatory), and toolsets including Infrastructure as Code (IaC),
- CI/CD pipelines, etc. ideally using Gitlab and Terraform.
- Good operational (engineer) experience in mid-sized or larger environments with core components
- of the Azure platform, including but not limited to Virtual Machines (IaaS), storage technologies
- (Storage Accounts, managed disks, etc), Virtual Networks including NSGs, Azure Site Recovery
- and other VM migration tools, ARM Templates, Azure Active Directory, etc.
- Expert hands-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments with Cloud Management
- components of the Azure platform, including but not limited to Policies, RBAC roles, IAM, Monitor
- and Alerting, Backup/DR offerings, Advisor, etc. including current best practices around Azure
- governance.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments with Cost Analysis and Cost
- Optimization processes and tools in Azure.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments with Automation scripting
- including PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other configuration as code platforms.
- Demonstrated hand-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments applying information
- security principles and technologies including traffic and data encryption, PKI, and server/network
- hardening.
- Expert hands-on experience in mid-sized or larger environments with utilization and operation of
- networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and distributed networks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills in person or via online
- meeting services.
- Significant Hands-on experience is Must with DHCP, DNS, GPOs, and Active Directory.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104 exam) required. Azure Solutions
- Architect coursework and/or certification (AZ-305 or comparable) preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Interact with vendors as required to support troubleshooting of issues, coordinate changes, and
- develop strategic improvements.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written skills.
