Job description
- The retail head will create value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills
- This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan for store expansion, healthy EBIDTA management and building a proper store support system- Create and seek approval of all activities effecting the functional P&L like quarterly budgets, annual targets, expansion plan etc. for the regions from business heads
- Develop and approve the annual business targets to the respective area sales managers based on the sales targets driven by the corporate and develop store wise/ variant wise targets - Develop and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function - Approve marketing plans and budgets for regions/ stores/ franchisee in coordination with ABMs after analysing the situation - Ensure implementation of the approved lean practices across the stores and provide adequate support to the Customer Experience Executive in training, introducing recognition programs etc - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in executing the prolip incentive schemes across the division with coordination from the HR teamsJob tags
