Role Description:
The Field Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience while handling post-sales relationships with the clients. The Field Relationship Manager will be responsible for being the interface between the customer and Perisync technology, handling calling, messaging, and coordinating visits. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages (Kannada and/or Tamil is a plus)
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
Experience in the B2B / D2C industry or in customer service is a must
