Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from sales plans.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features and benefits.
- Train sales team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to upper management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget effectively.
- Control expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
