Timings: 6 am to 11 pm (2 shifts)

Desired Experience:
- Good communication with voice process to resolve the issues.
- ITIL – based ticketing tools and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with tools like service now or Hyles for efficient incident management.
- IT Troubleshooting on client devices – desktops, laptops, printers and scanners.
- Operating systems on windows and Linux.
