Job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Trainer to join our dynamic Sales team. The Senior Sales Trainer will play a critical role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales representatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and continuously improving our sales training initiatives to ensure our team achieves and exceeds its targets.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
· Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs, goals, and objectives.
· Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and more.
· Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.
· Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
· Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
· Utilize various training methods, including role-playing, workshops, and simulations
· Develop and maintain individualized coaching plans for sales team members
· Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance.
· Use data-driven insights to tailor training programs and strategies for maximum impact.
· Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with sales targets.
· Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
· Proven 3-5 experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
· Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary to be offered: Between 4-6 lpa
