Job description
Role Description :As a Business Analyst, you play a key role as interpreter and facilitator with the different business units. You will be at the heart of a team whose mission is to create and constantly improve the functionalities of our financial systems, mainly Oracle Fusion and Longview.What you will accomplish with us :- Carry out reconciliations between the different source systems and our financial systems.- Find RCA for any types of problems and provide solutions.- Management and analysis of 52-109 and ITGC controls for our financial systems.- Be responsible for downloading data extracts between systems.- Make journal entries for adjustments.- Help configure the ERP system for any improvement or failure in production.- Do impact analysis, and effort estimate to recommend, have approved, then document the solution using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT team.- Support the development of solutions and technical analyzes carried out.- Build and maintain functional, robust, precise, and accessible documentation for all company stakeholders.- Participate in multiple projects and identify all requirements and solutions.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting any combination of equivalent training and experience.- At least 4 years of relevant experience- Highly developed analytical mind, facilitating problem solving.- Team spirit and collaboration.- Initiative and autonomy.- Skills for managing time and priorities.- Demonstrated ability to deal with change effectively.- Good communication skills (oral and written).- [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.Location : Gurgaon (ref:hirist.tech)
