Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and customer experience.

INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT

5 days working & 2 rotational off

Rotaional shift( 24*7) including night shift

Cab facility available

Shift timing- 9 hours shift

Complete Work from office

salary depend upon experience & interview

Excellent English communication is required

Candidate should be from mumbai only

immediate joiner only

INTERVIEW : VIRTUAL ROUNDS

LOCATION : Malad west, Thane, Aroli (MUMBAI)
