Position: Executive Search Consultant
Location: Pune (WFO)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 Years in Executive Search or Product Hiring
Education: Bachelor's degree (Full Time)
Industry: Executive Search or Product Oragnizations
Primary Responsibilities:
As an Executive Search Consultant at LE, you will:
- Lead Executive Search Initiatives: Spearhead senior leadership hiring at both national and global levels, with a focus on executive roles in niche sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and contributing to dedicated client management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to individuals at lower bands in the organization.
- Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing engagement strategies for executive-level positions, utilizing your expertise in talent and candidate assessment.
- Candidate Mapping and Headhunting : Leverage your experience in searching for passive candidates through various internet resources, mapping their profiles, and conducting effective headhunting.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct in-depth in-person and phone interviews, administer company assessments, and ensure thorough candidate evaluations.
- Reference and Background Checks: Implement rigorous reference and background checks to ensure the highest quality hires.
- Collaborative Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers, making well-informed recommendations and coordinating seamless interview processes.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with staffing goals.
- Training and Development: Actively participate in team-level initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the team through training and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive search or product hiring (2 to 6 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in talent and candidate assessment
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Self-driven and passionate about the executive search profession
