Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daytoday operational activities of the accounting outsourcing company.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients.
  3. Coordinate with the US based team on workloads and technology.
  4. Plan monitor and analyze key metrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  5. Collaborate with executivelevel management in the development of performance goals and longterm operational plans.
  6. Develop implement and maintain best practices for operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  7. Ensure regulatory compliance maintaining records for the Chennai office.
  8. Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
  9. Coach and develop the team members.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or related field. An MBA or similar relevant field will be an advantage.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role preferably in the call center accounting or finance industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of operations management accounting and financial principles a plus but not required as these terms can be taught.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with current cloud technology
  6. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  7. Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on data.
  8. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
