1) US IT Technical Recruiters fresher's to 6months of Experience
Desired Candidate Profile:
Manage the candidate life cycle process including Headhunting/sourcing, Identification / Skill set mapping, Scheduling interviews, Technical screening etc. Experience in Working with Direct Clients Understanding of technologies in IT domain.
Experience Required:
Minimum 0 year to 6months experience in US recruitment.
Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).
Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
Flexible and positive attitude.
Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.
Enthusiastic personality with good energy levels.
Willing to work in US timings (own transportation). Education Required: Any Degree Salary is open
