Job description
We are looking for an experienced Principal User Experience (UX) Professional to join our team to lead the design and development of user experiences for our product. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and should be able to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of user experiences for our software and analytical products.
Create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and validate design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and a cohesive user experience across all products.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
Manage and mentor other UX professionals in the team.
Bachelors or Masters degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
At least 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact on business outcomes.
