Job Title: Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer (PG26)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in intelligent automation and total experience from 6-8 years, with a proven track record of leading technical teams. As a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation and support of intelligent automation solutions across our organization. You will also seek to continuously improve the delivery models and solutions themselves through emerging IA, AI, and Generative AI capabilities.
Responsibilities :
Automations Design, Development, Test, Delivery, and Support
- Lead and manage the automations design, development, deployment, and quality assurance in accordance with Enterprise IA Delivery Methodology
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for automation projects.
- Responsible for all solution design documentation related to IA projects.
- Oversight on all testing activities to ensure adequate stability, reliability, reporting, exception handling
- Oversight on any business training needed prior to go-live
- Ensure successful deployment of automations into production without impacting existing automations and operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for automation and security.
- Provide L2/L3 support on production automations
Technical Architect:
- Translate conceptual 'to-be' business process into technical design
- Recommend best-fit technology for each automations use case
- Incorporate Enterprise standards, other automations best practices, and technical acumen to follow and improve IA Team's Development standards.
- Act as an architect of knowledge identification & develop an inventory/directory of reusable automations assets
Design & Code Reviews:
- Review automations designs and code development for quality control and adhering to development standards
- Share best practices, knowledge, and automations experiences with other IA Teams and developers to further develop IA talent
Other
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for automation or expansion opportunities of existing automations
- External focus on the latest trends and technologies in intelligent automation, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization: RPA, Cognitive RPA, Open Source Automation & Desktop Automation, AI & Generative AI etc.
- Partner with IA Platform Team and Product teams to ensure platform capability roadmap evolves to optimally serve the needs of the organization and with consideration of emerging technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in intelligent automation, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions
- Experience with delivering automation solutions using UiPath , VBA, MS Power (preferred), Python/R
- Certified RPA Architect in UiPath
- Experience deploying Cognitive and AI Solutions (OCR & IDP, Chatbots & Communications Mining)
- Experience deploying Machine Learning models withing automation solutions
- Demonstrable experience building automation solutions across a variety of functional areas and integrating within diverse technology stacks (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Communications, Legal, Technology Services etc)
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Office capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams)
