Job description
This role is more like a buddy for the cohort participants. Encouraging them to work on their start-up idea and reach the end goal. Responsibilities ·
Recommendation of replenishment approval based on team progress · Manage the Cohort teams through weekly calls · Connect teams/students to potential mentors and vendors · Suggest and guide on replenishment/local purchase · Plan, host and conduct webinar, workshops, hackathons etc. along with other events related to the program · Design program posters as per the program need using the templates · Support the operations of the program as per requirement Qualifications 1-2 years of experience Graduate in any field Tech/startup enthusiast with technical know-how (not necessary) Desired Skills · Innovator/ inclination towards Startup and with a passion to help other makers/ innovators · Good communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations · Traits: Motivator and facilitator, curious, self-driven, empathetic, flexible, high integrity, cross-functional organizational ability · Start-up bent of mind/interest & knowledge of the start-up & investor ecosystemJob tags
