Job description
1. Should have prior experience in NBFC or DSA
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banking mortgages
3. Identify sales opportunities for all mortgage facilities (Home Loan, Home OD, Balance Transfer, Loan Top-UP against residential properties, Loan against commercial properties)
4. Must have a clear understanding of Home Loans and Loans against property as a Product.
5. Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis.
6. Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling and hand-holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
7. Own conveyance is a must for this Role
