Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our digital access solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and market penetration for digital access solutions.

• Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our digital access solutions and expand our network.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
