Advanced Industrial Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading Authorized Industrial Distributor for Premium Brands in the retail industry. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional products and services, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will be the face of our company, meeting with clients in person to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions from our premium brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Provide ongoing support to clients, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or outside sales roles, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
