Responsibilities:
- Conduct PCB testing, troubleshooting, and components level repair with strong problem-solving skills.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Possess basic programming knowledge to assist in technical support and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, and components level repair is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations to potential customers.
- Proven track record in handling and resolving customer complaints, displaying strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and effectively communicate technical information.
- Proficient in written and oral communication in English.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.
- Basic programming knowledge to aid in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
