We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Account Manager/Recruitment Manager to join our team and help us find qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 4 years-8 years of Healthcare Recruitment industry experience
- Must have hands on Identify, source, and recruit qualified RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Looking for an Account Manager who can formulate strategies as per our Client's Business Needs and Delivering
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, stakeholders to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Handling a team of precisely vetted US Healthcare Recruiters and educating them about the protocols & client's expectations.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of direct and MSP clients.
- Serve as the face of the company service team to the client and the point of contact for company associates.
- Talking to the client's requirement, getting the daily and weekly updates about the Urgent position.
- Working closely with the hiring managers/clients in order to find the right talents for a wide range of positions on all levels.
- Providing prompt and relevant solutions to the escalated issues from the client.
- Responsible for various MIS Reports like recruitment tracker, Onboarding tracker, daily work report.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle activities like Pre-screening, Interviews, Selection, Offer, Negotiation, Closing, and other administrative components.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and answering questions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
*Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
*Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
*Experience in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn.
*Must have 4 years of experience working in US Healthcare Staffing dealing with W2 candidates and Direct/MSP clients.
*Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
*Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills
