Job Title: Senior Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making processes. Manage all phases of accounting, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and reporting. Be available for client and team meetings and accommodate late-evening calls with international clients as needed. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary. Support management in identifying key business drivers and trends through data analysis and interpretation. Actively participate in the budgeting and planning process, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial planning and analysis. Any additional tasks assigned by the management or directly by the clients related to financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Additional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA are a plus) Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, or similar platforms will be preferred. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools will be an advantage. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Workplace Type:

Hybrid - 2 days weekly in the office, remaining days working from home.

Janakpuri, New Delhi

Office Timings:

Flexible, open Mondays to Fridays.

Salary Range:

7.25 to 10.5 LPA (Depending on experience and qualifications)
