Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a

Sous Chef-

Continental Cuisine

at PYRAMID located in Mohali district. The Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, including assisting in menu planning, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications Culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to assist in menu planning and create new, innovative dishes Supervisory and leadership skills to manage kitchen staff Excellent time-management and organizational skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role is preferred Degree or certification in culinary arts or similar field
