Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Activation, Usage & Retention Manager for our Credit Card division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer activation, usage, and retention for our credit card products. Your primary objective will be to maximize cardholder engagement, increase transactional activity, and enhance customer loyalty.
Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
- Develop and implement activation, usage, and retention strategies to drive cardholder engagement and increase transactional activity.
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and activation rates to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at driving card activation and usage.
- Utilize customer segmentation and profiling techniques to personalize offers and communications for different customer segments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to activation, usage, and retention, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
- Identify and implement customer lifecycle management initiatives to enhance cardholder retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with product teams to identify and develop features and benefits that drive card usage and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer service and support teams to address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive cardholder experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in activation, usage, and retention strategies.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all customer communication and engagement activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit card marketing, activation, usage, or retention roles.
- Strong understanding of the credit card industry, customer lifecycle, and the factors that drive card activation, usage, and retention.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Experience in utilizing customer data and analytics to drive personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to credit card marketing and customer engagement.
