Education Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience) 5+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and finetunning Sieble CRM Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience Hands-on experience on Siebel a. Server installation b. Server configuration c. Migration task d. Upgrade activities Experience in performance tuning Technical Skills Experience in working with OS a. Linux b. Windows c. AIX Experience in CTI setup and integration Experience in setting up and integration with Dialer (AVAYA) Hands on experience on Siebel SSO integration a. Preferable with experience in Ping federate system Preferable using Oracle Wallet Knowledge on Oracle 19c database Experience in setup and integrating with IAM (Sail Point) Hands-on experience on Secure LDAP integration Functional Skills Banking knowledge specially on campaign Retails and corporate domain experience Soft Skills Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience. Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
