Job description
Direct Responsibilities
All Change Management tasks related to Task Management Status Tracking Issue Management (including workshops when required) Managing actions Dependency Management Reporting attending Governance meetings and escalation when required.
Identify/implement changes to project documentation to required standards
Subject matter expert for team members and ability to perform varying levels of business analysis
Review and suggest improvements to current operating model
Coordinating with offshore/onshore IT teams where appropriate
Monitor and deliver on identified change requirements in collaboration with business teams
Completion of all necessary processes and procedures to promote projects into the production environment
Project Management Responsibilities:
Analysis of risks issues dependencies actions change control and regular reporting
Collation of materials documenting project documents and internal / external meetings
Clear and timely communication of project updates required signoffs highlighting challenges etc.
Coordinate and organize the work of others by assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress
Middle Office,Trade Lifecycle,Compliance,Trade Processing,End User Testing,Test Cases
