Responsibilities
Operational - Monitor & Control of ASU & CAS Parameter
- Safe isolation and normalization of equipment.
- Routine changeover of equipment and trail of emergency drives.
- Handling the emergencies
- Preparation of permit for issuing to maintenance.
- Notifying and timely reporting about defects, problems in plant to shift in charge.
- Coordination with Field Operator for Safe & Reliable Operation
- Ensure Quality Output of Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon
- Ensure Quality Output od Compressed Air System.
- Preparation of document relevant to operation
Safety, Health Environment & Fire - Safety compliance & Initiatives.
- Statutory Compliance for safety & Environment
- ESG Compliance
- Ensure zero incident by adapting safe Work Culture
- Internal Audit for Safe Culture
Business Excellence - Team Collaboration/Management Activity
- Workplace management (5S) Culture Implementation.
- Ensure Clean & Safe Place for Work
Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech- Mech/Chemical/Science or a related field with strong experience in Utilities and Offsite operations in supervisory or management level
- Well versed with Utilities like WTP,ETP,STP, Cooling towers, LDO, LNG
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, offsite facilities, and regulatory requirements, emergence response and safety mindset
- Preferred talents from metal industry with greenfield/Major expansion project management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
