Job description

We are looking for Presales Manager to build and lead a growing team.

Our client is into Cyber Security product, started in 2013, Bootstrapped & Profitable. Head quartered in San Francisco, California.

The Role: As the Presales Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by leading our presales and technical support teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional assistance during their buying journey and unmatched technical support post-purchase.

Location-Bangalore Shift-US shift. Work Mode- Work from office.

Key Responsibilities: a. People Management: Lead and inspire the presales team to achieve their goals and objectives. Foster a customer-centric culture that focuses on providing value and understanding customer needs. b. Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition. Assist the sales team in presenting tailored solutions to potential customers. c. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and craft customized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products. d. Presales Enablement: Provide training and resources to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and presales capabilities. Ensure that sales representatives are well-equipped to address customer inquiries effectively. e. Documentation: Create and maintain presales collateral, including product documentation, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team in their efforts.

Desired Profile 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical degree preferred. 2. Proven experience in presales, preferably in the ITSM/Cybersecurity/firewall/network industry. 3. Strong understanding of ITSM/Cybersecurity/firewall/network and technology. 4. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Should have proven track record in building presales teams. 7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise. 8. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 10. Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus
