Job description
Role Accountabilities:
- Researching the needs of the market, current trends & ensuring that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify buyer personas & their behaviours.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives & to build lasting connections with the audience.
- Build an inbound marketing plan and prepare & manage marketing budget to optimize reach and return on investment.
- Creating a positive brand image/ awareness in the minds of the new prospective clients.
- Coordinate with external agencies to provide them with strategy, content and check their weekly and monthly performance.
- Passing along the prospects, leads and follow up data within the CRM and other essential spreadsheets.
- Coordinating & mapping the marketing campaigns with sales activities & Identify opportunities, implement and present promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and information through inhouse teams / external agencies.
- Creating a wide range of marketing & presentations for pitch, handling responsibility for brand management and corporate representation.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that the team is kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Participating and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events that help market the company / events.
- Ensuring online & offline reputation management for all business vertices and marketing platforms.
- Creating & managing the dashboards / campaigns for social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, IM, affiliate, influencer, SMS marketing, etc.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and active involvement in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and maintain partnerships with media agencies & vendors
- Report, monitor and manage all digital & traditional marketing channels and measure ROI and KPIs.
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms & check the website traffic flow.
- Promote and work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, etc and execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, etc
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing
- Preferred Certification in Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong Creative Outlook
Minimum Experience
- Experience of 2+ Years in strategising, creating & managing offline & online campaigns.
- Experience in managing all relevant social media and ad dashboards, website backends, offline ad spaces.
