Job description

We are currently seeking an Offshore/Onshore TRS Operations Manager with extensive project experience in the Oil and Gas Industry to join our esteemed client's Offshore/Onshore project team based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of offshore/Onshore drilling projects, in strict compliance with statutory legislation, client programs, company procedures, and contractual requirements. The primary focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment on the rig site, preventing marine pollution, and actively participating in HSE inspections/audits.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of offshore drilling projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on safety and ensure safe working conditions are consistently upheld on the rig site.
- Implement measures to prevent pollution of the marine environment.
- Actively participate in HSE inspections/audits on the rig site.
- Lead or participate in investigations in the event of serious incidents.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in a technical field of study along with 10 to 15 years experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an Offshore Rig Superintendent role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Mandatory BOSIET/FOET certification.
- Possession of various relevant professional and training certificates.
- Documentation of work employment certificates.
- IWCF Level 3 or 4 certification.
