Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Patient support consultant to handle queries from Patient and provide support to them. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that patient service is provided to its best quality.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE (MUST-HAVES):
§ Graduate, preferably BDS
§ 0-2 years of experience.
§ Excellent communication skills.
§ Must be patient, positive, and professional.
§ Ability to set and meet goals.
Requirements
· Patient consultations and engagement.
· Patients follow up.
· Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners)
· Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient.
· Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM.
· Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
· Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.
