Job Overview:
Equitec Software Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager/Project Manager. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships while ensuring the successful execution and delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the IT sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Understand client needs and objectives to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional IT services.
- Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal IT teams.
- Develop project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve IT-related issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, including development, infrastructure, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship between clients and internal IT teams.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure that IT deliverables meet quality standards.
- Implement best practices and IT-specific processes to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or Graduate in Marketing & Finance
- Proven experience in client relationship management and project management within the IT sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on the IT industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software used in the IT sector.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in IT project management.
