We are looking to hire an experienced, Relationship executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls, The Relationship executive's responsibilities for receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with donor inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve donor complaints
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the donor's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from prospective donor
• Use scripts to provide information about ISKCON and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the donor's requirements
• Persuade the donor to do fundraising by explaining about the services meet their needs
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the reputation
Requirements
• Proven experience as customer care or similar
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle Donor rejection
