Job description
Role: Senior US IT Recruiter Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years Location: Coimbatore - Onsite - Night shift - EST Time Zone Initially one-month remote Opportunity Roles and Responsibilities: Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B Transfers and EADs. Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements. Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements. Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Ability to source suitable candidate in short time frame. Builds and maintains candidate pipeline for future employment opportunities. Reports status of candidate pipeline on a daily basis to management. Desired Candidate Profile: Must be willing to work in night shifts. Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts. Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions). Experience hiring W2, C2C & 1099 resources. Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time. Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills. sing the candidate.
