Job Title: Technical Lead, Software Development - Node.Js, Python/Golang, Angular.Js/React.Js/Vue.Js

Experience:10+Yrs Location: Bangalore

Profile: Technical Lead, 10 year of experience minimum in Python development. AWS Cloud experience. Experience in project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, with strong written and oral communication skills. The mission includes: o Functional specification o Development, Implementation o Unit and integration tests o Troubleshooting, bug fixes, profiling o Support o Documentation o Prepare project plan o Assure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities o Apply project resources according to the approved project plan o Lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork, o Communicate effectively with senior management and Product Management

Skill (must), Strong knowledge of Development: Python, NodeJS, React/Angular/ Vue.Js MySQL, RDS AWS Lambda Scripting: Unix shell, Python Good in Design Patterns & Multithreading

Environments: Systems: Windows, Linux, AWS Configuration management: GIT or Synergy or Clear case or CVS Personal Suitability : Ability to manage conflicting priorities Ability to provide leadership, give direction and guidance Initiative, reliability and good judgement Motivation and enthusiasm Skills (nice to have) o Agile/Scrum
