Job description

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement:**

Interact with clients to comprehend their audiovisual (AV) requirements goals and challenges.

Provide technical expertise during presales discussions to guide clients in choosing optimal AV solutions.

2. **Solution Design:**

Develop comprehensive AV solutions in alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.

Create detailed system schematics diagrams and documentation for proposed AV designs.

3. **Client Collaboration:**

Collaborate closely with clients to present and explain proposed AV solutions.

Address client inquiries and concerns offering technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

4. **Product Knowledge and Proof of Concepts:**

Stay abreast of the latest AV technologies and products.

Collaborate with vendors to understand product features and capabilities.

Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients as needed to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of proposed AV solutions.

5. **Collaboration with Sales Teams:**

Work in partnership with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Assist in preparing accurate and competitive project bids.

6. **Quality Assurance:**

Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance processes for proposed AV solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the presales phase to ensure seamless implementation.

7. **Training and Documentation:**

Provide training sessions to clients and internal teams on the features and operation of proposed AV solutions.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for AV designs configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

8. **Continuous Improvement:**

Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance future AV solution designs.

Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Audiovisual Technology Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven 23 Years of experience in presales support for AV solutions.

**Skills:**

Indepth knowledge of AV technologies and systems.

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Collaborative mindset for working with clients and internal teams.

Ability to conduct Proof of Concepts effectively.

This role involves being a key player in the presales process ensuring that clients receive welldesigned technologically sound and competitive AV solutions that meet their specific needs.
