About the Role
Location: Hyderabad
About the role:This role would require a deep understanding of Generative AI, the pharmaceutical industry, and the specific needs and challenges our industry faces in order to successfully deliver products that meet these objectives.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Technical understanding : Deep understanding of technology trends, architectures and integrations related to Generative AI
• Product Strategy: develop a clear product strategy that aligns with the organizational goals and objectives, focusing on how Generative AI can be demonstrated to meet those objectives
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements for solutions
• Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development of Generative AI solutions
• Product Development: Work closely with the data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to build models and applications
• User experience: Pay attention to user experience and usability, making sure that the Generative AI tools are accessible and effective for end users
• Regulatory compliance: Stay informed about the regulatory landscape in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Performance metrics; Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure impact of Generative AI on time to market and operational costs
• Customer Communication: Communicate progress and updates to key partners within the organization including executives, IT teams and other relevant business functions and teams. Staying up to date on new technologies and trends to ensure products remain competitive

Role Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, engineering, or a life sciences-related discipline. A master's degree or MBA could be advantageous but is not always mandatorySAP certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas
• Good into Product Roadmap, Building the life cycle of road map, Define Success criteria product, ( Along with AI ML Product owner/ Product Management/ AI ML ).
• > 10 years of relevant professional IT experience in a technology driven or AI related fiels
• Proven experience in lifesciences or pharma with a consulting background will be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, specifically generative AI is essential
• Familiarity with AI development process, data science, and machine learning concepts is beneficial, although you may not need to be a hands on data scientist or engineer
• Strong product management skills , including ability to create and execute products
• Strong project management skills
