Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist

At Predera Technologies Pvt. Ltd., our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable sales-driven individual to drive new revenue and clients along with farming one or two existing accounts.
As a part of the Business Development team at Predera Technologies, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads as part of the Inside Sales team. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart targeting (using LinkedIn outreach, Outbound calling, and targeted email campaigns) to foray into primarily Fortune 1000 companies across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East geographies.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ability to research and create a well curated list of relevant high value leads across multiple international markets.
- Achieve quotas of at least 100 well researched leads per week, and work closely with the Sales team to refine the lists iteratively and continuously Significant experience in sending very high-quality, personalized, and content-focused emails and LinkedIn outreach for higher likelihood of setting up an appointment
- Experience in handling external data sources for lead generation.
- Outstanding written and oral communication and persistent attitude to succeed.
- Superlative commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and generate high-quality leads.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proven track record of success in inside sales cycle and content.
· Strong business sense and expertise in communicating with leaders.
· Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing and Organizational Skills
Good to have:
- Experience across the lead lifecycle and lead management strategies.
- Industry experience / exposure to IT / Business development / IT Services / Consulting B2B, Enterprise sales or Products.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Any degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing would be an advantage but not a must.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Inside Sales role preferably working in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries.
